Let's get started!

First, you'll need an administrator account to log in with.

• This account can configure users and settings, and of course receive email.
• You can add more users (and any domains you own) later if you need them!
• You can rename this user or change domains at any time, so don't stress about picking the perfect name.

You should also pick a password.

• Try to make it strong enough to take at least 1 century to crack.
• Make sure not to reuse a password from another site! We know it's a hassle, but your email address is super important and you should make sure it's safe.

Last thing! You should give us some password reset info, in case you lose your password.

• Both email and phone recovery are optional, but if you don't give us either, you won't be able to recover your account.
• You should give both a meaningful description, because we won't disclose what your reset email or phone number are on password reset attempts (for security).
• If you later add custom domains, you can reset your account with those too!

We keep your costs low by keeping a small team, so there could be bugs, and not everything is super polished! If you'd rather wait until we get bigger with more resources, sign up for our mailing list and we'll let you know when we get there.

If you end up needing a refund, we'll be happy to refund any remaining credits less a $3 processing charge. The processing charge is to help offset support costs associated with refunds.
